Anne-Charlotte joined Valther in 2025. She supports both French and foreign clients - including debtors, shareholders, creditors, investors, and buyers as part of amicable settlements or collective insolvency proceedings, and also supports her clients in the litigious aspects of cases involving companies with financial difficulties - particularly executive officers who risk being held liable.
She began her career as a lawyer in 2014 in the Restructuring department of the C’M’S Bureau Francis Lefebvre Lyon firm and then joined Santoni & Associés in 2015.
In 2018, she joined the Restructuring department of Nabarro & Hinge, then in 2020, the same department at Chammas and Marcheteau.
