Anne-Charlotte has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014 and focuses her practice on legal and financial restructuring, advising companies through periods of financial difficulty and transformation.

Anne-Charlotte joined Valther in 2025. She advises French and international debtors, shareholders, creditors, investors and acquirers on all aspects of distressed situations, including amicable restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
She also assists clients with the contentious issues arising from corporate distress, particularly matters involving directors' and officers' liability.
She started her career in 2014 in the Restructuring department of the C’M’S Bureau Francis Lefebvre Lyon firm, before joining Santoni & Associés the following year.
She then joined the Restructuring team at Nabarro & Hinge in 2018 and went on to join Chammas and Marcheteau in 2020.
