Antoine’s main practice areas are sports, media and entertainment including intellectual property and business law applied to these sectors.

Expertise:

  • Media law (content distribution and licensing, intellectual property, neighboring rights)
  • Sports law
  • Business law (contract negotiation, commercial dispute…)

Career:

Before joining VALTHER in 2026, Antoine served for 15 years as director in major french and international entertainment/sport Television groups (such as TF1 Group and Eurosport/Discovery Communications). 

Training:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2023)
  • Master’s degree in Media law and management from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2008)
