Valérie Dubaile has been a lawyer at the Bar of Paris since 1994. She has assisted companies for over 25 years in all areas of employment law, both in consulting and litigation.

Valérie Dubaile assists companies in all areas of employment law, both on day-to-day issues and in times of crisis or during exceptional events: collective bargaining, individual employee relations, restructuring, business transfer transactions, social security and protection, health and safety, labour disputes and litigation, and compliance (risk management).
Her experience in litigation allows her not only to intervene quickly in conflict situations but also to better advise her clients on restructuring and reorganising companies. She also leads seminars on Employment Law for the training organisation EFE formations.
After five years with the firm MBBA, she joined Dubarry Le Douarin Veil in 1996 to create and head the Employment Law department.
In 2010, she founded her own firm specialising in employment law. She joined Valther in 2019.
