Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1994, Valérie Dubaile has been advising companies for more than 25 years on all areas of employment law, combining extensive advisory experience with a strong litigation practice.

Valérie Dubaile advises companies across the full spectrum of employment law matters, providing both day-to-day support and strategic guidance during sensitive or exceptional situations.
Her areas of practice include collective bargaining, individual employment relations, restructurings, business transfer transactions, social security and employee benefits, health and safety, employment disputes, and compliance matters.
Drawing on extensive litigation experience, she helps clients navigate contentious situations while supporting the implementation of restructuring and reorganisation projects. She also delivers Employment Law seminars for the training organisation EFE Formations.
After five years with MBBA, she joined Dubarry LeDouarin Veil in 1996 to establish and lead its Employment Law department.
In 2010, she founded her own employment law practice before joining Valther in 2019.
