Velin Valev advises French and international investment funds and industrial groups on their strategic transactions in France and internationally, drawing on extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.


After starting his career at HPML in 2002, he became a partner in 2010 before going on to found Valther in 2018.

Training:

Master’s degree in Comparative Law from (Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University)
