Valérie DUBAILE

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1994, Valérie DUBAILE has been assisting companies for more than 25 years in all areas of labor law, both daily and in times of crisis or during exceptional events: collective relations, individual relations, restructuring, business transfer operations, safety and social protection, health and safety, social litigation and compliance (risk control).

Her experience on litigation allows her not only to intervene quickly during conflict situations but also to better advise his interlocutors in terms of restructuring and corporate reorganization. She also organizes seminars in Labor Law for the training organization EFE formations.

Valérie DUBAILE holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law (Paris XII University) and a specialization certificate in Labor Law.

After five years at the law firm MBBA, she joined Dubarry Le Douarin Veil in 1996 to create and head the Labor Law Department. In 2010, she founded her own structure dedicated to labor law. She joins Valther in 2019.
