Velin Valev is involved in takeover or transfer of control transactions, mergers, restructurings transactions and equity investment operations . He accompanies investment funds or French and foreign industrial groups in France and abroad.

 

He began his career in 2002 at HPML, he became a partner in 2010. He founded VALTHER in 2018.

​

He graduated from a a Master degree ("DEA") in Comparative Law from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
