Hugues BONHOMME takes full control of the Group with the support of a banking syndicate comprising ARKÉA, BPI FRANCE and LCL
Paris, June 2026 – WORK4YOU, a specialist in administrative and tax support for the self-employed, freelancers and very small and medium-sized businesses, announces the completion of a Sponsor less Owner Buy-Out (OBO) involving the sale of Franck LABOURDETTE's stake to Hugues BONHOMME. The transaction was structured and financed by a banking syndicate comprising ARKÉA BANQUE, BPI FRANCE and LCL.
_______________
A fast-growing specialist in support for the self-employed – Founded in 2018, WORK4YOU has established itself as one of the leading players in France in the administrative, accounting, tax and legal management of self-employed workers and very small and medium-sized businesses. The Group offers an integrated, fully digital solution through five complementary services: DIGIWORK SOLUTIONS (outsourced management for freelancers), DIGIWORK PORTAGE (umbrella employment), DIGIWORK COMPTA (bookkeeping), DIGIWORK ENTREPRISES (B2B solution for client companies) and MEILLEUR DES MONDES (an innovative solution launched in 2025).
Driven by the structural rise of self-employment – which today represents more than 4.6 million workers in France – and by the digitalization of administrative services, WORK4YOU has achieved remarkable revenue growth, rising from €9.6 million in 2022 to €40 million in 2025. The Group currently supports more than 350 active self-employed professionals and manages relationships with 346 client companies. Building on this trajectory, WORK4YOU aims to surpass the €100 million revenue mark by 2028 and is targeting a portfolio of more than 1,000 supported self-employed professionals by 2030.
The transaction takes the form of a Sponsor less Owner Buy-Out: Hugues BONHOMME, co-founder and majority shareholder of WORK4YOU, has acquired all of the shares held by the Group's co-founder, Franck LABOURDETTE.
The financing was structured as senior debt raised from a syndicate of three leading banking partners: ARKÉA BANQUE, BPI FRANCE and LCL. This structure enables Hugues BONHOMME to retain full control of WORK4YOU while preserving the Group's full investment capacity to fund its organic growth and development projects.

Hugues BONHOMME, Chairman of WORK4YOU, comments:
"This transaction is, above all, the result of a relationship of trust and an agreement between Franck and me, built since the founding of WORK4YOU. Together we have built a group we are proud of, and this transition is the natural continuation of our shared journey. It now allows me to take the reins of the Group and lead it into a new stage of its development: structuring our teams, strengthening our organization and accelerating the rollout of our solutions, with the ambition of surpassing the €100 million revenue mark in the coming years. I would like to thank all the advisors for their support and our banking partners for their trust."
